The Phantom’s frame and geometry were designed over two years and tested on some of New Zealand’s most demanding trails. We abandoned bonded carbon joints in favor of monolithic molding (a single large mold that integrates the entire frame with precision). EPS core technology removes all internal molds, leaving the frame flawless and without weak points. This innovation reduces weight by 25% and increases stiffness by 20%. From slack head tube angles for steep descents, shorter chainstays for agility, to the DJI Avinox system for stability and speed – the Phantom was built to master every terrain.
As bikepacking becomes a global trend, we’ve added six fork mounts, eight main frame mounts, and rear rack compatibility. Each mount is CNC-machined for durability, perfectly positioned for weight balance, and designed to prevent foot interference. Phantom is the ultimate all-rounder.
With SRAM’s Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH), this rugged design absorbs rock strikes and simplifies on-the-go replacements. Combined with clearance for 50c tires, the Phantom dominates loose gravel, rocky trails, and extreme climbs.
Phantom S redefines the urban adventure. Its flat handlebars pair Shimano CUES silky-smooth shifting with DJI’s torque-sensing pedals, making climbs noticeably easier and daily commutes a true experience. The relaxed geometry prioritizes comfort, while hidden rack mounts make it easy to attach a laptop bag or a picnic blanket. Puncture-resistant 45c tires ensure carefree miles—whether you’re riding through city traffic or along coastal cycle networks.
