ProGuard – BOLT ON v2 is the evolution of our highly acclaimed bolt-on v1 version, offering exceptional protection with the cleanest and most factory-like appearance. We have increased fork compatibility, improved bottom-out clearance, and added the MAX PROTECTION size, making the RRP ProGuard V2 the most compatible mudguards of this type on the market.

RUBBER PADS
The sides of the mudguard are extended to contact the fork legs, providing exceptional stability and fork protection (clean regularly).

BOLTS
All our bolts are custom-designed for maximum clamping stability, consistency, and the most secure fit (only a single 3 mm Allen key is required). This is an extremely expensive but necessary solution, as standard bolts did not meet our criteria. Included in the package:

M3 × 2 (FOX / MARZOCCHI)
M4 × 3 (OHLINS)
M6 × 1 (SR SUNTOUR)

The following bolts are included with certain adapters (available separately):

M3 EXTRA LONG × 1 (ZEB / DOMAIN / LYRIK / PIKE adapters)
M4 LONG × 1 (RXF34 mounting kit & DVO DIAMOND)
M5 × 2 (EXT ERA / XFUSION)

TILT BRACKETS
Two tilt brackets are included. They easily clip onto the front of the mount, allowing you to raise or lower the front section for an optimal angle.

ALLEN KEYS
A single long 3 mm Allen key is sufficient for all our bolts and self-tapping screws and is included in the v2 packaging.

STICKER INDENT
The central recess allows easy alignment of colored stickers. It also prevents the sticker from protruding, improving durability. The adhesive is extremely strong and suitable for pressure washing.

SEAL SHIELD
Our renowned Seal Shield provides additional protection for fork seals against mud and spray, extending service intervals.

MATERIAL
The mudguard material is thicker than that of competitors. Combined with our unique polypropylene blend, it ensures high impact resistance, flexibility, and durability even in cold weather.
