The modular dropout system allows for adjustment of the rear triangle length and rear wheel size configuration. SM/MD sizes come standard with a 440 mm dropout for a 27.5-inch rear wheel, while the XM size features a 455 mm dropout. The LG/XL sizes are designed around a 29-inch rear wheel and come with a 455 mm dropout. Additional dropout options will also be available as replacement parts, allowing for even more freedom in customization.
Powerful and natural support is provided by the Bosch Performance Line CX Gen5 drive unit, which offers quiet operation, strong torque delivery, and reliable pedal assistance even on technically demanding terrain. The system is complemented by the Kiox 400c display, which comes as standard equipment and offers a clear user interface and key ride data.
The battery system combines a 600 Wh internal battery with the option to use the Bosch PowerMore 250 Wh range extender, providing a total capacity of up to 850 Wh. The battery is mounted low and centrally in the frame, improving the bike’s balance, stability, and handling. A Bosch bottle cage or PowerMore battery mount is also included, and the charging port is thoughtfully positioned for a clean and seamless integration.
The Oso HD is designed for a wide range of riders and is available in five sizes—from SM to XL, including the new Extra-Medium size, which fills the gap between the most common rider heights. Because the geometry, chainstay length, bottom bracket height, and suspension kinematics are tailored to each size, the bike maintains a balanced feel and predictable handling regardless of frame size.
The DW-Link suspension, designed by Dave Weagle, remains one of the key strengths of Ibis full-suspension bikes. It delivers exceptional pedaling efficiency, excellent traction, and reliable performance on varied terrain—whether climbing or on fast, technical descents.
The continuous seat tube design allows for deep seatpost insertion, making it possible to use long-travel seatposts across the entire size range. The frame also offers plenty of tire clearance and is compatible with most 2.5-inch tires, further emphasizing its enduro focus.
